Training/Event Support
Ready to request services? Initiate a Training/Event Support Services Request
Learning & Employee Development (LED) collaborates with County departments/agencies to meet your training and event needs. If you are interested in scheduling these services, please follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Go to the LED Catalog of Trainings . Review the current list of trainings available County-wide.
- Step 2: Submit the Training/Event Support Services Request.
- Step 3: LED will contact you and schedule a consultation.
Must-know information regarding services from external providers versus internal providers:
- Provider is a County contracted vendor.
- For groups with a maximum of 35 participants (per session).
- LED will assist with:
- accessing countywide contracts.
- assessing training and/or event activity needs.
- The department/agency will:
- complete and submit the purchase request.
- coordinate logistics with the external provider.
- pay for the services.
If the training topic you want is not contracted with the County, you may request it by following this process…
- Provider is an LED and/or SCC employee.
- For groups with a minimum of 30 participants (per session).
- LED will assist with:
- assessing training and/or event activity needs.
- logistics of the training/activity.
